2. Our Contract

2.1. Your order is an offer to buy from us. Once we accept your order (by dispatching the goods) a contract is formed.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailable, clerical error, pricing error).

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1. Prices listed on our site include UK VAT (where applicable).

3.2. Payment must be made in full at time of order via our payment provider.

3.3. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or amend the price prior to accepting the order.

4. Delivery

4.1. We will deliver to the address you provide when placing your order.

4.2. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

4.3. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered. Title remains with us until full payment is received.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.2. Sale items (“final-sale”) cannot be returned for change of mind; only faulty or mis-described items in that category are eligible for refund.

7.1. You agree to use our website lawfully, not to upload harmful content, nor interfere with the website’s operation.
