Order Processing

• Orders received before 10 am (local time) on Monday–Friday will be dispatched the next working day, subject to item availability.
• Orders placed after 10am, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
• If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, we’ll contact you with an updated dispatch estimate.

United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

• Standard Delivery: £4.95 (delivered in 2-5 working days from dispatch)
• Free Standard Delivery for orders over £50.
• Please ensure your delivery address is correct — we are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
