1. Change of Mind Returns (UK & Northern Ireland)
- If you simply change your mind about a purchase (for example, the item doesn’t fit or you don’t like the colour), you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. This is your statutory right for online/remote purchases.
- After you notify us of your intention to return within that 14-day window, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags/labels still attached and in its original packaging (if applicable).
- The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.
2. Faulty, Mis-described or Unfit Items
- If the item you purchased is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement.
- We must refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
3. Sale Items
- Items purchased in a sale are eligible for refund or return only if they are faulty or mis-described. They cannot be returned for “change of mind” once the statutory period has passed.
Please note that this does not override your statutory rights: you still must be offered a refund if the item is faulty, even if it was on sale.
4. How to Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please email us at with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely and send it to Oh La La Boutique 31 Town Brae Rd Glenarm Co. Antrim BT44 0EE. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund (via the original payment method) within 14 days.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method, once the item is received and inspected.
- Delivery costs (original shipping charge) are not refunded
- You may be responsible for the cost of returning the item
